Holiday Enhancements

Each new Upper Kirby Streetscape Improvement Project features the capacity for holiday lighting and seasonal décor. The program has been in place on the recently renovated Kirby Drive since 2009 and will expand throughout the District as additional streets are improved.

The Upper Kirby District is also a designated banner district allowing seasonal banner programs to be implemented throughout the year. These programs go a long way in establishing a sense of place and identity for the area by providing a distinctive atmosphere for residents, visitors and retail patrons to enjoy.
